Each fitness and racing journey is individual to the athlete.
Having only started running in 2010 when my youngest child was 2, I have since completed 28 marathons, 6 x 50 mile races and 29 races of 100 miles or above including 3 x Centurion (100mile x 4) Grand Slams.
With my vast race experience and formal coaching qualification’s I believe I can relate to an athletes needs and create a bespoke training schedule to fit in with life restraints and current goals.
